In Oldham Corporation days there were very few services which operated in the Borough that Oldham didn't operate and even in PTE days nearly every service was worked, in part at least, from Oldham garage.

North Western's services are, to a certain extent, an exception and they appear elsewhere in the dedicated North Western gallery. Even they had many services that they jointly operated with Oldham (and often Manchester as well).

However, following deregulation the picture changed considerably with many operators running services in the town. These services will appear in this section as I bring the story forward to that era, but until then this will be something of a backwater in the gallery!
