At the same location soon afterwards (on 1st June 1971) is 5334, a PD2 which had been overhauled the previous year and had a few more years left to run. The land now used for dog training is still untouched (and down at towpath level) whilst above can be made out a football pitch which I understand was used by a Queensway Football Club.
