364 is in the 'grotto' "Wallshaw Place" at Mumps. It has almost certainly just come out of the garage and is set to turn right to head into the town centre. This was how the D bus used to turn round (see that gallery) but it was probably considered easier to pull out at the traffic lights here than into traffic at the bottom of Wallshaw Street.
364 was readily-identifiable as it had a central chrome strip, a feature normally used on Crossley coaches. It wasn't fitted when new - 364 was used for the Roe official photos and didn't have it then.
