274 is bound for Heron Street on a working of the ’S’ service. It is passing the top of Peter Street, whence buses on these routes used to emerge when travelling in the other direction, having turned off George Street part way up.
For some reason 274 only has an extension to the number blind handle - it would have been more useful the other way round.
