Additional information:

On 6-Jul-1940 643 collided with a Coal Merchant's lorry by the top of Frizinghall Road by Lister Park and almost overturned, being stopped (only just) by landing on the lorry. It was repaired by BCT at Thornbury.

To the right can be seen one of the Corporation's tower wagons, either O.35 or O.36 (AKW 906 or 907), which were based on Karrier CK2 chassis.
