Additional information:

On 6-Jul-1940 643 collided with a Coal Merchant's lorry by the top of Frizinghall Road by Lister Park and almost overturned, being stopped (only just) by landing on the lorry. It was repaired by BCT at Thornbury.

These shots are all recovered from contact prints of 2-1/4" square negatives. This one in particular is out of focus and damaged so has been left without retouching to appreciate what was needed for the others! It is useful in providing a more general context for the incident.
