ABU 358 was Oldham 140 and its English Electric body was rebuilt by Salmesbury Engineering in May 1949 - the most obvious sign of the rebuilding being the ventilators, which were originally of the half-drop type. It was sold to Progress Motors in Chorley in November 1955, having passed through Bird's of Stratford-on-Avon.
