3041 was one of six former Salford PD2s which were transferred to Oldham. I suspect the front entrance arrangement made them unpopular with the crews (as Oldham's own PD3s were) for they certainly seemed to see less use than the former Stockport open platform Titans. 3041 is approaching the junction at the Farrar's Arms on 12th April 1976.
