New Oldham PD3 104 looks slightly out of place amongst the traditional Oldham enamel bus stop flags and standards for a tram service that had ceased more than thirty years earlier. However, new concrete lamp-posts are already in place and the scene is about to change considerably, with the exception of the substantial Lees Brook Mill.
