Utility diversion work on Union Street, with appropriate signage. Behind is the original Lyceum building, opened in 1856 and now home to Oldhma Music Centre, a jewel in Oldham’s crown providing first-class musical training for Oldham’s young musicians.

The 1881 extension is on the right and it can be seen how well the designs of the two buildings matched.
