Operator: Bradford C.T. Fleet No: 634 Registration No: BAK 634 Chassis: AEC 661T Chassis No: 661T.187 Body: English Electric H32/26R On trial from: 22-Jan-1937 In service: 25-Nov-1937 Rebodied: East Lancs H35/28R 1956 Withdrawn: 30-Nov-1965 Disposal: 22-Jun-1968 Hardwick and Jones
Additional information: 634 posed when new. This was the last to have the very heavy looking trolley gantry, although the roof design has improved from the 'Regen' style with internal framing. The externally protruding destination display was unique to this vehicle and the destination itself is worthy of comment as trolleybuses never ran there! It was a planned short working on the Clayton service, between Lidget Green and Pasture Lane.
