Two former Bolton Corporation PD3s were transferred to Oldham in 1973 and ran until about the end of the year. 6653, formerly Bolton 153, makes an unusual sight on the 10 as it awaits departure from Lever Street. These weren't the first Bolton buses on the 10 though, as during Oldham's troubles at the end of 1965 the hired Bolton PD2/4s were to be found on this service. Four of those were later bought by Oldham.
