A rather odd photo of a bus, but one that the passage of time has made more interesting. 5324 climbs the hill whilst in the background one of the Swindon-built "Trans-Pennine" DMUs passes on a Hull to Liverpool working. The picture was taken on 10th April 1972 from what is now the beer garden of the Railway Hotel.
