This is the reply sent originally to the Manchester Trolleybus Preservation Society but subsequently copied in to the Buckley Wells Railway Enthusiasts. It makes clear that they would not make an additional trolleybus available for hire on the day of the tours, although it appears one could be hired on the previous day.
