This shot illustrates well the way buses connected in Mossley when through buses from Ashton only served Micklehurst and a shuttle operated to Uppermill. 1354 has arrived from Uppermill and having set down passengers at the end of Waggon Road in the distance it has turned round on the triangle formed of Stanhope Street and Egmont Street. It will now await the connecting bus from Ashton and passengers will change at this stop. Dual-door National 1338 has picked up the connecting passengers and on its way to Ashton.
