Skipping back to an earlier Whit Friday, in this instance on 19th May 1978, former North Western Alexander-bodied Bristol RE 328 heads for Uppermill in quite moderate traffic. There were two of these that spent their latter years at Tameside depot (320 and 328) and both are featured in this collection.
