PBU 960 ended its days cut down for use as a towing vehicle and is seen here in the part of the yard that Paton's could only occupy after the closure of Yoker power station in 1976 as it had previously been occupied by a huge electricity pylon. Behind PBU 960 is probably an ex-East Midland Tiger Cub whilst the other side of the fence is Paton's competitor for traffic between Renfrew Ferry and Paisley in the form of Western SMT Fleetline 2002 (BCS 985C) on the 604 to Fereneze Drive, the core part of which service had a ten minute frequency.
