Several tours took place on 20th June 1971 to celebrate sixty years since the official opening of the Bradford trolleybus system, using 758, 717, 844 and 847.
This collection focuses mainly on the tour using 717, which was combined with a run from Manchester with preserved Oldham Crossley 368, a vehicle I was later to own. As it turned out it was the last public appearance at an event for 368 (although fortunately it is still with us and under cover).
The tour also included a guided tour of Thornbury depot. The cost per person for the trolleybus was 43p.
