The 2MD3RA chassis was almost exclusive to the South Wales area, with only ten going elsewhere. Western Welsh and Rhondda had batches of this chassis and all Pontypridd’s AEC Regent Vs were this type. 4 is one of the larger 1967 batch and is seen when reasonably new running along Taff Street and about to pass the fountain.
