This Duple-bodied Ford R226 was new to Premier in Preston but is seen working for Birch of Knott End, who operated as C & H Coaches. It will almost certainly be duplicating a Yelloway journey on the run to Blackpool or Fleetwood, although it hasn’t as yet acquired a destination label in the windscreen. It will shortly turn left up Regent Street to the Yelloway coach station behind.
