This picture is neither on service nor in Saddleworth but I have included it as it shows several points of interest. It is the only photograph I have which shows a bus going to Friezland, it seems most photographers picked buses running the other way. The destination blind appeals more as it is the original, more comprehensive type.

The bus is 320 and was numerically the last of a large fleet of Bristol Ls bought by North Western, although the last one to enter service was 309. It is in the yard of the Crofton Street garage in Oldham.
