1311 makes the descent from top to bottom Mossley on 5th July 1984. This bus had recently arrived from Wigan depot, where the area around the destination blind was painted white. These Nationals in the 1300-series were originally delivered in all-over white and quite a few were new to Oldham garage. They then moved away but several returned, as 1311 did, in the early 'eighties.
