This view is taken at the Dépôt de Cornillon which used to be located on Rue Frédéric Nyst. It is heavily retouched but only to highlight detail on what was a very wet morning.
The original photograph appears on Flickr and was apparently taken at 0500 on 18-Jun-1935.
