Atlantean 8207 passes the Farrar's Arms on 2nd February 1980 and heads up Oldham Road. The temporary traffic lights would have caused a lot of irritation in this location. The hand-crafted sign leads into Shaw Hall Garage (now offices) which had one of the first power washes in the area and the owner was determined not to let the road works reduce custom!
