843 would seem to be ready to leave Allerton terminus but the girl in the foreground is apparently signalling to the driver to hold on until she can cross the road. There's quite a convoy coming including a Volkswagen Type 34 Karmann Ghia, also referred to as the "Razor Edge Ghia".
