730 is on driver training duties and has probably come from Thornbury depot along with the Roe-bodied BUT in front. The right indicator is lit but this is almost certainly from its turn from Hall Ings into Town Hall Street - the wiring in Town Hall Square in front was configured such that the only route these trolleybuses could take was almost straight across onto Thornton Road.

This street was only wired for trolleybuses from 1964 to 1968.
