Pontypridd 7 seen at the Strand Road works of English Electric in Preston when new. The destination blind optimistically states “Porth” but, unlike the trams that preceded them, the trolleybuses were never to reach there.

The low building to the right behind the bus was the works fire station, a necessary facility given the amount of timber used.
