835 turns round at Town Hall Square and heads for the departure stand on Thornton Road.

Looking carefully you can see the wiring used by the Thornton service until 4th March 1968, coming in from Town Hall Street on the right which then crossed the wiring for the Wibsey and Buttershaw trolleybuses to join the wiring used by 835 up Thornton Road.
