An unexpected vehicle to see on Rail Replacement duties was this Plaxton Verde-bodied Volvo B10B. P629 FFC was new to City of Oxford as their 629 and after sale in September 2009 it worked for Travelmaster (oddly enough another supplier of Rail Replacement buses) before passing to Bassi Travel of Fartown, Huddersfield. It probably did not compare well for passenger comfort with the Volvo B12B seen on the same day! It is climbing out of Well-i-hole towards the Royal George.
