Subject: National Welsh 65 (D65 OKG)
Chassis: Freight Rover Sherpa 395D
Body: Carlyle (on Dormobile shell) B18F
Location: Pontypridd, Berw Road
Date: c.Aug-1987

65 had entered service a couple of months earlier and was one of the first batch of Carlyle-bodied Sherpas (63-73) which were the only ones built on Dormobile shells before Carlyle took responsibility for the whole design.

It is entering Pontypridd with driver Alan Jones ("Jones the Badge") looking remarkably content considering he is not driving his favoured Bristol RE!
