A rather shaky shot from 6th April 1971, I'm afraid, showing Oldham 396 in Springhead, passing what is now the end of the link road to Shade Avenue but was at this time a small park. The green Ford Transit to the right of the bus belonged to Saddleworth Urban District Council.
