A second view of the workshops around 1933 taken further forward. The two Crossley IGL3 chassis on the right can be seen to have a Commer Raider in front and a further Leyland Titan TD3 has been parked in front of the others.

These are almost certainly for the Burnley, Colne and Nelson as, based on the evidence of this archive at least, they were the only operator who bought Leylands with five-bay bodies in this period. For some reason Leylands generally had six-bay bodies whilst other makes usually had five-bay bodies.
