Also rather unloved were the Metro-Cammell-bodied PD2s and although these were solid they were not attractive. Although three of them received orange livery they seem to have been rather camera-shy. 5327 has been fitted with the three-digit number blind following the December 1973 renumbering and survived until 1975.
