It’s not clear whose ownership this vehicle was in at the time of the photograph. UDJ 445 was new to St. Helens Co-operative and was an Albion Victor VT21L with a Duple (Northern) Firefly C41F body. It passed in Jun-1970 to C D Griffiths, t/a Battersbys Coach and Hire Service, Walkden and was with them until May-1974. The only subsequent use is as a car transporter.

UDJ 445 is parked off Coronation Street, a location that would now be in the Park & Ride at Mumps. Note the modern toilet block off Roscoe Street.
