MX08 MYJ swings ito the inbound side of the new bus station at Mumps which had only been open a few months at the time.

Prominent in the background are the offices of Web Applications UK, a software house working mainly with the travel industry. The present building was built as a cycle works in 1897 but was taken over by Cobden Chadwick in 1908 for use as an engineering works until 1935 (shown on maps as a nut and bolt works). It was later used as a stockinette works by the Oldham Knitting Company and had several subsequent users prior to the current one.
