Burnely & Pendle 74 passes Rochdale’s splendid Post Office building which faces the glorious Town Hall, off-camera to the left. It is heading for the bus station, having arrived from Blackburn on the 240 service, a truncated and slightly varied version of the old Ribble 244 service to Preston.
