Vehicle: Oldham 252 (DBU 252)
Location: Union Street, Oldham
Date: unknown

252 is carrying the livery it would have received on first repaint by Oldham in July 1950. It is fully lined-out but the central band is full-depth whereas when new it was much narrower. Another Oldham feature was to pick out the surround to the blind apertures in crimson. The bus is working the extended version of the G to Holts, which only ran for a few years in the late fifties, with the exception of one journey which was far to early to be photographed!
