Autumn colours abound as 5101 passes the top of Oaklands Road on a journey to Hollinwood on 11th November 2000. The later Metrobuses used the number series that was first used for Oldham's post-1964 new buses following the creation of the SELNEC numbering scheme. A lot of these Metrobuses ended up working from Oldham and the fleet numbers seemed familiar! 5101 was originally the number of the first Oldham PD3, which itself appears elsewhere in this collection.
