Another shot of a Mancunian working these services, but this Manchester bus is showing 27 as that was still the route number at the time. 2274 was one of the last few Mancunians to enter service and has a Roe body. I suspect the reason for this appearance in Oldham in 1973 was due to its Manchester Evening News advertising livery - it would be promoting the paper outside its native city.
