Leyland TD2 12 was withdrawn in June 1948 and along with five others of the batch sold to Lancashire Motor Traders, who rebodied them with Harrington C32F bodies. Four went to Silver Grey of Morecambe in 1949, including this one, which passed through H. R. Davies of Timperley to M. Davies, who traded as Timperley Coaches and with whom it is seen here.
