This side view of 29 when almost new is one of two BTH official photographs that have been printed on 'blueprint' paper, which gives a lower contrast and a distinctive texture, but was a cheap way of producing an internal reference copy.
29 was one of ten Sunbeam Ws with Park Royal bodies delivered in 1946, to be followed by fifteen with Weymann bodies in 1947/48. The registrations of all these formed a continuous series that included twenty AEC 661Ts new in 1940.
