Whilst most of this batch had single-digit fleet numbers, the first was completely the opposite and fitting the two nines into the available space can be seen to be a little challenging! The conductor has a chat with the driver before departing on the return to Pontypridd.

The Caerphilly UDC bus visible in the background can be identified as PD3 34 due to its unique ventilator layout.
