My attention was directed towards the remaining half-cab buses in this period and as a consequence I didn’t record the appearance of earlier rear-engined buses on the Saddleworth services. Fortunately others did and here is one of Manchester’s earlier Fleetlines in Uppermill passing the Waggon. The dirty roads that are normal at that time of year have taken their toll of the appearance of this bus downstairs, one of the downsides of this livery.
