A general view of the stop at Alaudagasse with 642 visible. This stop has become a more important bus interchange with the curtailment of the tram route.

It always was an interchange with the 19A, the most prominent bus here, but the 17A was diverted across the road here at Per-Albin-Hansson-Siedlung as the trams no longer reach the previous interchange point. In addition there is a 67E bus (partially visible on the left) which has substituted for the withdrawn tram service to Oberlaa-Therme Wien.
