National Welsh bought fifteen of these Cardiff Fleetlines which entered service during 1980, HR6067 had previously been Cardiff 487. These were not normally associated with Porth depot and the number blind on this bus shows routes operated by Cardiff or Barry depots.

This bus was renumbered HHR6067 towards the end of 1982 and again as XR1990 in Jan-1983. However, as it was withdrawn in late 1982 it may not have carried the HHR-prexix number and almost certainly didn't carry the 1983 number.
