The terminus at Diggle had to be changed as the carriageway leading towards the turning circle was considered unstable during 2014. There was concern that buses would stop running to Diggle altogether but a solution was devised with buses turning in front of the Diggle Hotel under the supervision of a banksman. This continued for some time, except that the banksman seems to have been rapidly decreed to be unnecessary.
