Bee-Line 1601 has received the yellow colour scheme of its new owner after previously being painted in Ribble colours (and before that in Southdown's green NBC livery). It has pulled into the lay-by at Uppermill Wade Lock on 14th March 19890 and is presumably waiting time before moving on to pick up Saddleworth School pupils.
