Not as obvious in the other photograph is that this coach still wore Strathclyde colours. These colours were not unfamiliar in the area as a key member of staff’s arrival from Glasgow saw the GM Buses livery changed to very similar colours. In addition, a temporary shelter at the Oldham Mumps Metrolink stop, removed before opening, had actually come from Strathclyde and still had notices relating to Glasgow bus services.
