HR8209 became HR1853 then HR853 and finally 853. It seems to have only operated very briefly on loan to Rhondda Buses after the closure of Barry depot, before being sold to Southend Transport. Later becoming part of the Arriva fleet it then joined Roundabout Buses. It is seen here at the 2005 Showbus event.
