UC977 will have worked up from Cardiff and is spending the night at the Croville depot prior to making the return journey the following day.

The bus to the right is of interest - it started life as North Western 308 (KJA 308G), joining the Crosville fleet as SRG231 in 1972 following the break-up of North Western. In the process it has moved a considerable distance to the west! It was a Marshall-bodied Bristol RESL6G.
